We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures regarding order processing, shipping timelines, charges, and customer responsibilities.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

In case of unexpected delays due to high demand, stock issues, or operational challenges, customers will be notified via email or phone.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor the shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

COD orders may include an additional handling fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Partial COD Policy

We provide Cash on Delivery services across India.

To ensure order authenticity and reduce fraudulent bookings:

• A partial advance payment is required to confirm COD orders.
• The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Orders without advance confirmation will not be processed.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on COD services for future purchases.


5. Advance Shipping Charges

Any advance shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, applicable advance shipping charges will be refunded.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders must be confirmed through OTP verification, message, or phone call before dispatch.

Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD shipments may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details to prevent delivery issues.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Mr Gadgets Hub is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If re-shipping is required due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, any applicable refund will exclude shipping and handling charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mrgadgetshub.com.

Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
